Sales, Payment & No-Refund Disclaimer
By purchasing or placing a deposit on an animal from Double J Minis, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided after payment has been made, except where required by applicable law.
2. Buyer Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for asking questions and obtaining all information they feel is necessary before completing a purchase. By completing the purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review the animal's information, condition, photos, videos, and any other details provided by Double J Minis.
3. Payment Methods
Double J Minis accepts the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- Check
- Money Order
- Venmo
- PayPal
Payment must be received and verified before an animal is considered sold or released to the buyer. Do not send payment through any method that has not been approved by Double J Minis.
4. No Chargebacks or Retaliation
Once a purchase has been completed, buyers agree not to initiate fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or other attempts to reverse a legitimate transaction.
Double J Minis will not tolerate threats, harassment, intimidation, defamation, or retaliation against the business, its owners, employees, representatives, or affiliates because of a legitimate application of these sales terms.
5. Understanding Before Purchase
Miniature Highland cattle are living animals and may change in appearance, size, temperament, health, or other characteristics as they mature. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and ensuring that a Miniature Highland is appropriate for their circumstances before purchasing.
6. Agreement to Terms
By submitting payment, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Double J Minis reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
