1. PAYMENT METHODS

Double J Minis accepts the following forms of payment:

- Cash
- Check
- Money Order
- Venmo
- PayPal

All payments must be received and verified by Double J Minis before the animal is considered fully paid for or released to the Buyer.

2. DEPOSITS AND SALES ARE FINAL

All deposits and payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or specifically agreed to in writing by Double J Minis.

Once the purchase has been completed, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided except where required by applicable law.

3. BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY

The Buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to ask questions and obtain any information they consider necessary before completing the purchase.

The Buyer understands that Miniature Highland cattle are living animals and may change in size, appearance, temperament, coat, horns, and other characteristics as they mature.

The Buyer accepts responsibility for determining whether the animal is suitable for their intended use, property, and circumstances.

4. ANIMAL CONDITION AND DUE DILIGENCE

The Buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the animal personally or through photographs, videos, veterinary records, and other information provided by the Seller.

The Buyer is encouraged to obtain an independent veterinary examination before completing the purchase if desired.

5. PAYMENT DISPUTES, CHARGEBACKS & RETALIATION

The Buyer agrees not to initiate fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or other attempts to reverse a legitimate transaction.

Double J Minis will not tolerate threats, harassment, intimidation, or retaliation against the Seller, its owners, representatives, or affiliates arising from the legitimate enforcement of this Agreement.

Any dispute should be addressed directly and respectfully between the Buyer and Seller and handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Ownership and possession of the animal will transfer to the Buyer upon receipt of full payment and completion of any required sales or transfer documentation.

Until full payment has been received, the animal remains the property of Double J Minis.

7. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By signing below and/or submitting a deposit or payment, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to all terms contained in this Buyer Purchase Agreement.

The Buyer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to ask questions before entering into this purchase.
